In order to offer our line of products without the hassle of manufacturing, storage and fulfillment, we’ve partnered with Printful.com – a Print-On-Demand (POD) service which will produce and ship out your order as soon at it’s placed. This allows for us to focus on what we’re passionate about — making ART!

Because of the nature of Print-On-Demand, our products are printed per order (a-la-carte) it may take some time to recieve your item. Please be patient and we will keep you informed when your item is on it’s way!

Printful’s average fulfillment time is 2-5 business days, but this varies depending on the product, production technique, and current order volume. Once fulfilled, delivery times depend on the shipping speed and destination, with options including 1–3 business days for express domestic shipping or 3-4 business days for standard, though international shipping can take 1-8 business days. You can combine the fulfillment time with shipping time for a total estimate and should check Printful’s fulfillment updates for current conditions.

Fulfillment Process

  • Order Appearance: You place your order on Empylon.com, and recieve confirmation it was recieved by Printful.
  • Fulfillment:This is the process of printing and packing your items, which typically takes 2-5 business days for all production techniques.
  • Shipping: After fulfillment, the order is shipped, and you’ll receive a notification with tracking information.

Factors Affecting Fulfillment Time

  • Product Type & Production Technique: Different items and printing methods have varying fulfillment times.
  • Order Volume: Higher order volumes, such as during peak seasons, can lead to slower fulfillment.
  • Inventory & Stock Issues: Delays can occur if products are out of stock or if there are issues with the supply chain.

Shipping costs are separate from product costs and are based on a flat rate system.

Due to the nature of Print-On-Demand services shipping rates are grouped by product category. Your item may be shipped from multiple fulfillment centers, each individual item may have a separate shipping cost attached to it depending on the type, and quantity of each item.
If you have added multiple items to your cart, the shipping cost will go up on a per-item basis, with reductions for certain duplicate of same-type items.
(For Example — Two T-shirts: ($4.69) (for the first shirt) + ($2.20) (for the additional shirt) = ($6.89) TOTAL.

  • The size and color of apparel do not change the shipping price.
  • Printful automatically selects the most efficient fulfillment center to minimize costs.

Any claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis. For misprinted/defective items must be submitted within (14) days after the product has been received.

If the product is a manufacturing issue (misprinted / bad stitching etc.) then we will honor the refund.

Due to the nature of Print-On-Demand services, once you’ve placed an order we may no longer be able to edit the order details or cancel it. This is because the order will automatically be sent to Printful to be fulfilled, and enter the production stage.
Please reach out to us directly (Empylon@gmail.com) ASAP with your concern and we shall do our best to facilitate any changes to your order that you would like to make.

All apparel items are in US unisex sizing. Some items fit true to size, some run small, while others are designed with a more oversized, comfy fit. We recommend checking our sizing charts available on each individual products page for specific sizing info based on the item!

We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.  As long as your order has not been yet shipped, we will do our best to adjust this information for you.
Please contact us with the following:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Original Shipping address
  • New shipping address you would like changed.

Please note we are not responsible for any lost mail or refund/cancellations on orders where the address was incorrectly inputted/provided to us.

Customs fees are additional taxes or duties that may be charged by your country’s customs office when your order arrives. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Customers are responsible for all taxes, customs duties, and fees associated with imported goods. While we do our best to assist with unpaid customs claims, please be aware that customs authorities may impose processing or administrative fees. We recommend staying informed about your country’s customs policies to avoid any unexpected charges.

We’re so sorry this happened! We recommend filing a claim with the courier and providing any available photo or video proof. Unfortunately, we cannot offer reshipments or refunds for lost or stolen orders.

Unfortunately, due to the way our store is currently setup, we are unable to consolidate or add any additional items to an already placed order.

If the damage was caused by mailing service, you must file a claim directly with the courier service. For example, UPS has an online claims process for lost or damaged packages.

Do you use AI to generate your art?2025-09-28T02:10:52+00:00

Absolutely not. The artwork you see on this website is all 100% created by a human being. We use a combination of several softwares to make our work including Blender 3D, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, as well as Procreate and Clip Studio Paint.

We love the process! There is a line in the sand we will not to cross when it comes to this personal project. The sanctity of the work we do for fun is of the utmost importance. Using AI feels soulless compared to making something from scratch, because the process is completely disconnected from the craft of creation. Prompting will never replace human-made creations no matter how polished the final product is, the result will always lack that special sauce which makes art human.
